DESCRIPTION:

A unique, oil-based formulation for staining wood floors. Penetrates the wood fibers, staining, sealing and enhancing the surface.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

BEFORE USING, READ ALL DIRECTIONS AND MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS #60350 (WOOD TONES) AND #60370 (WHITE) FOR THIS PRODUCT.

Use directly from container. Do not thin. Non-photochemically reactive (not an ozone precursor).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: STIR WELL BEFORE USING!

Sanding and Finishing of Floors: 1. Sand floor using NOFMA-accepted methods. 2. For a stained floor, make your final cut with 80-grit paper and screen with 80-100-grit screen. 3. Vacuum thoroughly. 4. Tack with mineral spirits. 5. Apply stain, sealer and finish system (see directions).

Directions: 1. After proper preparation, apply BONAcommercial wood floors WOODLINE DS-STAIN with brush, lambswool applicator or cloth in the direction of the grain. 2. Allow 3-5 minutes for penetration. Remove excess by hand wiping or buffing. 3. Allow stain to dry thoroughly (minimum 8 hours under ideal conditions). Ventilation is important for improved drying conditions, especially during high humidity. Periods of high humidity and/or low temperatures will extend the drying time considerably. 4. Apply desired top coating (BONA WOODLINE POLYURETHANE or a BONA WATERBORNE FINISH SYSTEM) over thoroughly dried stain.

NOTE: BONAWOODLINE DS-STAIN is compatible with most interior stains and finishes. ALWAYS PREPARE A SAMPLE OR TEST AREA TO DETERMINE COMPATIBILITY.

Clean-Up: Clean application tools and equipment with mineral spirits.

Storage and Disposal: Keep container closed when not in use. Do not transfer contents to other containers for storage and disposal. Do not return used material to original container; reapply or dispose of. In case of spillage, absorb with inert material. Dispose of contaminated absorbent, container and/or unused contents in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

DANGER: RAGS, STEEL WOOL OR WASTE SOAKED WITH BONA WOODLINE DS-STAIN MAY SPONTANEOUSLY CATCH FIRE IF IMPROPERLY DISCARDED. IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH USE, PLACE RAGS, STEEL WOOL OR WASTE IN A SEALED, WATER-FILLED, METAL CONTAINER.

Drying Time - 8 hours minimum for wood tones, 72 hours minimum for White, under ideal conditions (65-75° F, 40-60% relative humidity).

Packaging - 1-quart cans (White), 1-gallon cans (White and wood tones)
