DESCRIPTION:
An oil-modified, quick-dry, wood floor sealer. Designed to penetrate
and seal bare wood only.
FEATURES:

FOR THIS PRODUCT.
NOTE: Most finishes will adhere to WOODLINE
1101 QUICK DRY SEALER after
proper preparation and dry times. ALWAYS PREPARE A SAMPLE OR TEST AREA TO DETERMINE
COMPATIBILITY.
PREPARATION:
Sanding and Finishing of Floors: 1. Sand floors using NOFMA-accepted
methods. 2. WOODLINE
1101 QUICK
DRY SEALER should only be used on unsealed, natural floors. Make your final cut with a
80-grit paper and screen with 80-100- grit screen. 3. Vacuum thoroughly. 4.
Tack with mineral spirits. 5. Apply sealer and finish system (see directions).
Application: STIR WELL BEFORE USING! 1. After preparing surface, apply WOODLINE
1101 QUICK
DRY SEALER at 600-700 sq. ft. per gallon with a brush or lambswool applicator and allow to penetrate 2-3 minutes.
2. TO ENSURE PROPER ADHESION OF THE FINISH COAT, ALL EXCESS MUST BE
COMPLETELY WIPED OFF. 3. Allow surface to thoroughly dry (1 1/2 - 2 hours).
4. Abrade surface with a used 120-grit screen before finishing. Note: If
application and coverage instructions are followed properly, a Bona
Conditioning Pad maybe used to thoroughly abrade
surface. 5.
Vacuum thoroughly and tack with mineral spirits. 6. Apply Woodline
Polyurethane or a Bona
Waterborne
finish.
Clean-Up: Clean application tools and equipment with mineral spirits.
Storage and Disposal: Keep container closed when not in use. Do not transfer
contents to other containers for storage and disposal. Do not return used material
into original container; reapply or dispose. In case of spillage. absorb with inert
material. Dispose of contaminated absorbent. container and/or unused contents in
accordance with local. state and federal regulations. To avoid spontaneous combustion
during temporary storage. immediately soak soiled rags, sanding dust and waste in
a water-filled, closed metal container.
DANGER: RAGS, STEEL WOOL OR WASTE SOAKED WITH BONA
WOODLINE
1101 QUICK DRY SEALER MAY SPONTANEOUSLY CATCH FIRE IF IMPROPERLY DISCARDED. IMMEDIATELY
AFTER EACH USE, PLACE RAGS, STEEL WOOL OR WASTE IN A SEALED, WATER-FILLED METAL CONTAINER.
